Understanding how the website is used

We record anonymous browsing sessions to understand where visits begin, which pages and homepage sections people explore, and which page they last view. We also count clicks on booking, calling, texting, directions, the gallery, and Ask TGC.

These reports can include the referring website’s domain, campaign labels in a link, device category, and approximate city, region, and country when available. We do not save names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, precise location, form entries, chat messages, or full referring URLs in visitor reports. We do not record your screen or keystrokes.

A random visit identifier is held in this tab’s session storage. A new visit begins after 30 minutes without activity or after 24 hours. It is not used to follow you across other websites or identify you across devices. Records are kept within a 90-day reporting window; expired data is removed when the tracker or owner dashboard is used.

The studio owner can read the reports. Known bots, signed-in owner traffic, and browsers sending Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are excluded.

This preference applies to this website in this browser. It does not change third-party services’ settings or erase activity already recorded.

Chat and booking services

Typed Ask TGC messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. The studio saves answer topics and optional ratings, not the conversations. Please leave health information out of chat. Quick answers are available without sending a message.

Scheduling opens Vagaro, which operates its own service and privacy practices. Our visitor reports record clicks to open booking, but cannot see the steps you take or confirm a booking inside Vagaro. Maps, phone, and text links open the relevant service on your device.
